Fraudulent activity, use of automated betting software, collusion, money laundering and any attempt to exploit system errors are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "Account Holder") and pk368 (hereinafter referred to as "pk368", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the pk368 platform, website located at pk368.cam, and all associated products, services, games and content (collectively the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any additional rules or special terms applicable to specific games or promotions (which are incorporated herein by reference).
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. pk368 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Important: Online gambling may be restricted or prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your country or region. pk368 does not provide legal advice and does not represent that its services are available or lawful in all jurisdictions, including Pakistan.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
Minors Strictly Prohibited: Access to the Platform by persons under the minimum age is strictly forbidden. pk368 employs KYC age verification procedures. Any Account found to have been registered by a minor will be immediately closed and all Winnings forfeited.
Each eligible individual may register only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances and Winnings.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, country of residence and any other information requested. You undertake to update this information promptly if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. pk368 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You must notify pk368 support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your Account.
pk368 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, following unusual account activity or as required by applicable compliance obligations.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by pk368 may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing or Account access pending completion of the verification process.
Document Integrity: Submission of altered, obscured or falsified documents is a serious offence and will result in immediate permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all funds and a report to relevant authorities where required by law. Only submit genuine, unaltered originals through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal.
Deposits may be made using the payment methods available in the Platform's cashier at the time of transaction. Payment method availability, minimum and maximum deposit limits, and processing times are subject to change without notice. Users are advised to verify current options directly in the cashier section of their Account.
Payment provider names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah may be referenced on the Platform as familiar local payment methods. Such references do not constitute an endorsement of gambling by those providers, nor a guarantee that those methods are currently available. Users must verify availability in the cashier at the time of deposit.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are prohibited and may be returned. pk368 reserves the right to conduct additional verification in respect of any deposit.
All currency amounts on the Platform are denominated in the currency selected by the User at registration. Pakistani Rupee (PKR) denominations are available where supported by the Platform's payment infrastructure at the relevant time.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
Processing times vary by payment method, typically ranging from a few hours to several business days. pk368 does not guarantee withdrawal processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
pk368 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal and to delay payment pending satisfactory verification. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, pk368 may suspend withdrawal processing indefinitely pending investigation.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotional offers are subject to the specific terms associated with each promotion, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
pk368 actively monitors for Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting to claim multiple welcome bonuses, collusion between players to satisfy wagering requirements, placing low-risk offsetting bets to deplete bonus balances, and any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaging in Bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided, associated Winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.
All bonus figures referenced on the Platform, including amounts such as PKR 1,000, PKR 5,000 and PKR 25,000, are illustrative examples only unless expressly confirmed as active promotional amounts. Always review the current promotion page for verified figures before depositing.
All wagers are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game, sport or market in question, as published on the Platform. These rules are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.
pk368 reserves the right to void any wager placed as a result of a system error, software fault, incorrect odds, human error or any other technical malfunction. In such circumstances, affected stakes will be returned to the relevant Accounts.
Odds and markets offered on cricket (including PSL T20, ICC tournaments and bilateral series), football, UFC and other sports and esports events are subject to change up to the moment of market closure. Bets accepted prior to any odds revision will stand at the odds accepted at time of placement.
pk368 operates a maximum payout limit per event and per settlement period. Users are advised to review the current maximum payout limits in the Platform's sports rules section before placing high-value wagers.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:

Users must satisfy themselves as to the legality of their participation.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, audio clips, digital downloads and data compilations, is the property of pk368 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, transmit, display, sell, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of pk368.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk368 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions or the cost of substitute services.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted, error-free operation.
pk368 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or that access will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults and factors outside pk368's control may cause temporary unavailability.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting pk368 support. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding wagering requirements.
pk368 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, criminal or money-laundering activity; failure to complete KYC verification; or access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms breach, all balances including Winnings may be forfeited.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk368 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
pk368 does not represent that its operations are licensed, regulated or authorised by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority. Users in Pakistan access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.
pk368 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Account Holders via the registered email address or by a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
